The returned items must be unused and re-sellable, i.e., either unopened or returned with original packaging in good condition. Certain wall art (which is dropped shipped from the manufacturer) is NOT returnable (the item description will indicate it). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless there was an error on our part. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow 7 business days for us to process the credit to your account.
